What it is

The usual version of working with a studio is an email thread and a vague sense of how far along things are. Portal replaces both. A client opens it and sees where the project stands, what changed this week, how the site is holding up, and everything they have ever sent us, in one place they do not have to search for.

Raise a request, attach what is needed, mark it urgent if it is, and read the replies as a thread rather than a forwarded chain.

How the site is performing

Speed scores on phone and desktop with the history behind them, and, where the accounts are connected, what people searched to arrive and what they did once they did.

Every change, written up

A feed of what we shipped, newest first, in plain language, each entry tied to the request it came from where there was one.

Files and billing in one place

The assets, the documents and the invoices, without a shared drive nobody can find and a separate billing email.

Who runs it

We do. Portal is designed, built and operated in-house, and it is in production. It is not sold: it comes with working with the studio.
